2MHost uses Mailchannels to filter and deliver outbound email. Sometimes legitimate emails can be blocked because they look like a spam, in this case, the message will bounce back to you with error [CS] Message blocked.
Follow the tips below to avoid this error and improve deliverability:
1. Avoid Spam-Trigger Words
Certain words and phrases are commonly used in spam and may trigger filters. Examples to avoid: “FREE!!!”, “Guaranteed income”, “Act now”, ...
2. Don't Use Excessive Capital Letters or Punctuation
Messages with too many ALL CAPS, exclamation marks, or symbols often look like spam. Instead of "BUY NOW!!! LIMITED OFFER!!!", write "Special offer available this week"
3. Limit the Number of Links and Keep a Balanced Text-to-Link Ratio
Emails containing many links or shortened URLs may be flagged. Emails that have a single link only may be flagged too. Only Include only necessary links, Use full URLs instead of link shorteners (e.g., avoid bit.ly). Write meaningful text and only include relevant links.
4. Include Clear Sender Information
Make sure recipients can clearly identify who you are. Always include your name or company name, A clear subject line and Contact information or signature.
